IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is ensuring priority measures for the health welfare of police employees

Another 13 lakh rupees have been issued for the health welfare of police employees of various districts.

Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is ensuring priority measures for the best health welfare of police employees, in continuation of which, IGP Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar released another 13 lakh rupees for the health welfare of police employees of various districts including Lahore.

According to the details, traffic warden Zafar Iqbal was given 05 lakh rupees for the treatment of leg and hip fracture. Constable Ali Azam Naveed of Special Branch Punjab was given 04 lakh rupees for back bone treatment of his daughter. 02 lakh 40 thousand rupees were given to the cook of Lahore Police, Mohammad Ansar, for the treatment of mouth cancer. Constable Muhammad Ajmal of Okara was given 90 thousand rupees for hearing treatment, whereas Rashid Javed of PHP Faisalabad was given 50 thousand rupees for kidney treatment.

IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar released the above-mentioned funds after the scrutiny and approval of the Welfare Committee. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that measures for the welfare of the force will continue with the income received from police welfare sources.
