Australian High Commissioner Mr. Neil Hawkins appreciated the upgradation to modern standards and public service delivery measures of Punjab Police.

Australian High Commissioner Mr. Neil Hawkins visited various offices of Punjab Police, police stations and appreciated the upgrading of police offices and public service delivery reforms. Australian High Commissioner posted in Pakistan Mr. Neil Hawkins along with IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar reached the Police khidmat Mega Center Aabshar in Shadman. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar briefed the Australian High Commissioner about the public service delivery reforms in modern policing projects. Australian High Commissioner Mr. Neil Hawkins also visited Special Initiative Police Station Gulberg and Liberty khidmat Center. ASP Gulberg Syeda Shaherbano Naqvi gave a briefing to the Australian High Commissioner Mr. Neil Hawkins about the facilities available at the khidmat center.
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that all the police stations of Punjab have been transferred to Special Initiative Protocol, Punjab Police is effectively using digital technology to provide policing services to citizens. IG Punjab said that police infrastructure has been aligned with modern requirements by building police service centres, safe cities and smart police stations. Australian High Commissioner Mr. Neil Hawkins appreciated the upgradation and service delivery of Punjab Police offices and police stations. Australian High Commissioner Mr. Neil Hawkins said that cooperation with Punjab Police will be increased in the areas of training and information sharing.
