Elite police official Muhammad Shehryar embraced martyrdom by Ladi gang criminals in DG Khan.

In Kot Mubarak area of Dera Ghazi Khan, punjab police had encounter with the robbers of the Ladi gang, Elite police official Muhammad Shehryar was martyred by the firing of robbers. The police teams under the leadership of DPO DG Khan Ahmad Mohiyuddin surrounded the robbers involved in the shooting after the chase. There was a fierce exchange of fire between the police and the robbers. 04 robbers of the Ladi gang including the leader Irfan Mareri and Kashif Rind were killed in the encounter that lasted for more than 04 hours while the search operation of the police team is going on in the area. Spokesperson of Punjab Police said that Ladi gang operatives had opened fire when the police party stopped them at check post.

 

IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar paid rich tribute to the eternal sacrifice of the martyred official who presented his life in the line of duty. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that RPO and DPO DG Khan should immediately contact the family of the martyred official. IG Punjab said that Shehryar, elite force officer, sacrificed his life in the line of duty. Punjab Police will never forget the eternal sacrifice of its brave son. Dr. Usman Anwar said that Punjab Police is the guardian force of more than 1600 brave martyrs like Shehryar. The family of the martyr will not be left alone, all their needs will be taken care of. RPO DG Khan Captain Retd Sajjad Hasan and DPO DG Khan Ahmad Mohiyuddin met the family members of the martyr and assured them of all possible support. RPO and DPO DG Khan said that DG Khan police will leave no stone unturned for the best welfare of the family of its brave martyr. They said that intelligence-based targeted operations will be accelerated in the area to eradicate the criminals.
