More than 11 lakh rupees have been released to 07 police employees posted in different districts for their medical expenses.
Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is ensuring regular measures for the health welfare of police force, in continuation of which, IG Punjab has approved the release of more than 11 lakh rupees for the payment of medical expenses to 07 police employees posted in different districts.
According to the details, Lahore Police Constable Muhammad Atiq was given Rs. 05 lakh rupees for the cancer treatment of his son and daughter, Two and a half lakh rupees were released to Obaid ur Rehman, Assistant of Discipline Branch, for the treatment of breathing disorder of his wife and son. Lahore Police Constable Muhammad Irfan was given 01 lakh 50 thousand rupees for the treatment of his son's leg. Rawalpindi Head Constable Shahid Saleem was given Rs. 01 lakh for his wife's cancer treatment. Retired DSP of Lahore Police Rana Muhammad Shabir Ahmed was given 70 thousand rupees for his son's shoulder operation. A modern electric bed was approved for Ghazi Mohsin Raza Shah Constable of Rawalpindi police. 22 thousand 685 rupees were given to the sentry worker of Police Training College Chung Asif Ali for treatment.
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar directed the continuation of measures for the health welfare of police force. IGP Punjab said that all possible support will be provided in the treatment of officials and their families suffering from various medical problems.
