More than 10 lakh rupees have been issued for the payment of medical expenditures of the force belonging to various districts.
Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is ensuring regular measures for the health welfare of police force, in continuation of which more than 10 lakh rupees have been issued for the payment of medical expenditures of the force belonging to various districts.
According to the details, Lahore Police Constable Muhammad Imran was given two and a half lakh rupees for the treatment of his wife's cancer. 02 lakh 50 thousand rupees were given to the wife of the late Constable Muhammad Ajmal of Dera Ghazi Khan Police for treatment. Retired ASI Zulfiqar Ali was given two and a half lakh rupees for his wife's cancer treatment. One lakh rupees was given to the wife of sub-inspector Muhammad Hussain to pay medical expenses. Driver Constable Naveed Ajmal Sulehri was given Rs. 01 lakh for the treatment of spinal card problem, whereas Naveed Anjum, constable of Rahim Yar Khan Police, was given Rs. 01 lakh for the treatment of brain fungus.
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar directed that to continue the measures for health welfare of police employees. IG Punjab said that no police personnel or their family members suffering from medical problems will be left alone.
