IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is determined to upgrade the offices of the Traffic Police Punjab.
On the pattern of Police Khidmat Center Garden Town, police offices in Liberty, Wapda Town, Gujranwala, Kasur and other cities has been upgraded.
After the up gradation of the public service delivery offices, the renovation work of the traffic police offices is going on, said Dr. Usman Anwar.

No funds have been taken from the government for the up-gradation of traffic offices, we are improving the condition of traffic police offices with the income from their own sources, CTO Lahore.
Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is determined to upgrade the offices of the Lahore Traffic Police and in this regard, IG Punjab along with CTO Lahore Amara Athar has released a video message about the upgradation plan of traffic offices.
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said on the pattern of Police Khidmat Center Garden Town, police offices in Liberty, Wapda Town, Gujranwala, Kasur and other cities has been upgraded. In the initial phase, we equipped the front-end of police offices for citizen’s convenience with modern facilities in the style of a corporate environment and after the up gradation of the Public Service Delivery Offices, the renovation of the Traffic Police Offices is now underway. CTO Lahore Amara Athar informed IG Punjab about the upgradation plan of traffic police offices. CTO Lahore Amara Athar said that traffic police Lahore is upgrading its all 44 offices till January 15. CTO Lahore said that no funds have been taken from the government for the up gradation of traffic offices, we are improving the condition of traffic police offices with the income from their own sources. CTO Lahore added that with the up gradation of the offices, all will be gradually presented to the public for inspection.
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that all traffic police offices will be equipped with modern facilities on the pattern of special initiative police stations and the traffic police staff will also perform their duties in a good environment like the staff of police khidmat centers.
