Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar visited Police Station Model Town Lahore and reviewed all ongoing construction works including the Special Initiative Police Station. IG Punjab inspected the ongoing work in SDPO office, gave directions about construction of barracks and other offices in Model Town police station. DIG Operations Lahore Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi and other officers briefed the IG Punjab about the construction work.
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar directed to complete all pending works including Saaiban project. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that the rest of the work should be completed soon by effective coordination with the Communication and Works Department. IG Punjab said that all the police offices in the police station should be completed as soon as possible according to the issued instructions. On this occasion, IG Punjab inspected the construction work on both floors and issued instructions to the officers. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that police stations and offices are being upgraded with modern resources with the support of the Punjab government and transition to Special Initiative Protocol is facilitating service delivery to citizens. DIG Operations Lahore Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, AIG Admin Sahibzada Bilal Umar, CTO Lahore Amara Athar, SP Model Town Irtza Komail and SDPO Gulberg ASP Syeda Shaherbano and other officers were present on the spot.
