LAHORE : Inspector General Police Punjab Dr Usman Anwar has been ensuring regular measures for the health welfare of the police employees as well as their families and in this regard another nearly nine lakh rupees were issued for the treatment of children of police employees.According to the details, 03 lakh rupees were given to Traffic Warden Majid Ali for the treatment of his son. Rs2.5 lakh were given to constable M Yaar Awan for the treatment of his daughter's cancer. Rs1 lakh and 40 thousand were given to DG Khan Police Head Constable Ateeq ur Rahman for the treatment of his sons. Lahore Police's gardener Liaqat Ali was given Rs22 thousand for speech and hearing treatment of his son. PHP Constable Imran Faiz was given Rs70 thousand for treatment of his daughter whereas sweeper Sajjad Maseeh was given Rs22 thousand for the hernia operation of his son.
