Punjab Police has arrested another A category proclaimed offender who fled abroad after the murder incident.
In the first four days of this year, three A category proclaimed offenders have extradited from abroad.

On the instructions of Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, Punjab Police have intensified crackdown to arrest dangerous proclaimed offenders residing in other countries, in continuation of which Punjab Police has arrested another dangerous proclaimed offender who fled abroad after the murder incident. The number of A category proclaimed offenders arrested from abroad in the first four days of this year has increased to 03.
According to the details, the proclaimed offender Muhammad Kashif had shot and killed a citizen in Eminabad Gujranwala in January last year. The team of Special Operation Cell Gujranwala has issued a red notice of the accused from Interpol and arrested the proclaimed offender with the help of Dubai Police, the team of Punjab Police has reached Pakistan from Dubai after extraditing the Muhammad Kashif.
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar appreciated the Special Operation Cell team Gujranwala for arresting another A-category dangerous proclaimed offender. IGP Punjab said that the pursuit of the proclaimed offenders who fled abroad after serious incidents should be continued. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar further said that effective coordination should be ensured with FIA and Interpol to arrest the more proclaimed offenders and the these criminals should be brought to justice after extradition.
