Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar visited the under construction offices of Special Initiative Police Station Race Course and DIG Security Lahore. Additional IG Special Branch Zulfiqar Hameed, Additional IG CTD Waseem Ahmad Khan, Additional IG Traffic Mirza Faran Baig, MD Punjab Safe Cities Authority Ahsan Younas, DIG Security Kamran Adil, CTO Lahore Amara Athar and seniors officers were accompanied by IG Punjab. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar and other officers inspected the under completion construction work. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar ordered to complete all the construction work within the stipulated timeline. IGP Punjab said that the supervisory officers should complete the construction work as soon as possible under personal supervision and there should be no compromise on the quality standard of the construction work.
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar ordered to complete the ongoing construction work in police stations and other police offices of Lahore too. IGP Punjab said that according to the modern requirements of police stations and offices, the work of upgrading should be completed by the officers under personal supervision. Dr. Usman Anwar further said that the purpose of police infrastructure development is to make service delivery easier and more efficient for the citizens and more measures will be taken in this regard by using the available resources effectively.
