CENTRAL POLICE OFFICE: Rank pinning ceremony held for the promoted ASIs.

 

Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar organized a special ceremony in the honour of the officials who were promoted from Head Constable to ASI rank, in which IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar pinned new ranks to 50 ASIs of Lahore Police. Among those have been promoted were ASIs serving in various sections/ branches of Lahore Police. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar directed the promoted officers to perform their duties more diligently. In his address, IG Punjab said that the series of promotions in the police force is going on according to merit and seniority, more constables will be promoted on the vacant seats of the Head Constables.IG Punjab said that Lahore Police has promoted 04 thousand officials to the next ranks by holding 33 promotion board meetings during this year. IG Punjab said that priority measures for departmental promotion, capacity building and welfare of police force will continue. Additional IG Punjab Sultan Ahmad Chaudhry, SSP Admin Lahore Atif Nazir, SSP Investigation Dr Anoosh Masood and AIG Admin Sahibzada Bilal Umar and other officers were also present in the event.
