Central Police Office: Delegation of a private company (Engro Corporation) met with IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar

Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar was met by a delegation of a private company (Engro Corporation) at the Central Police Office.The delegation led by Senior Vice President Syed Zaheer Mehdi included Asim Syed CCO Engro Enfrashare, Colonel Zia Shah, Mr. Yasir Ali and Major Jawad Raza Khan. During the meeting, Punjab Police and Engro Cooperation group agreed to sign an MOU to increase mutual cooperation. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar briefed the delegation of the private company (Engro Corporation) about the public service delivery projects of Punjab Police. IGP Punjan said that along with protecting the lives and properties of the citizens, Punjab Police as a community force is taking various public service delivery initiatives for the convenience of the citizens in distress, due to which the citizens suffering from difficulties are getting social security, support and guidance.
Senior Vice President Syed Zaheer Mehdi said that Police Tahaffuz marakaz are playing a commendable role in helping and rehabilitating citizens suffering from social problems. Engro Group will ensure all possible support in public service delivery projects of Punjab Police.IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar welcomed the assurance of all possible support and cooperation from Engro Group in the welfare projects of Punjab Police. IG Punjab also briefed the officers included in the delegation about Punjab Police dashboard and modern policing measures. At the end of the meeting, commemorative souvenirs were also exchanged between IG Punjab and the head of the delegation. Additional IG Special Branch, Additional IG Welfare and Finance, Additional IG Punjab, DIG Operations Punjab, DPOs of Sialkot and Bahawalnagar were also present in the meeting.
