IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar paid surprise visit to Police Tahaffuz Markaz Lari Adda

Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar paid a surprise visit to Police Tahaffuz Markaz Lari Ada and reviewed the performance of the staff and ongoing official work.IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar directed the Tahaffuz markaz staff to provide all possible support to the transgenders and all citizens who are facing social problems. IG Punjab directed that full protection and support should be provided to transgenders, women, children and persons with disabilities through the platform of Protection Centre.IG Punjab said that effective coordination should be ensured with the relevant institutions for the relief and rehabilitation of people suffering from social difficulties and problems.Dr. Usman Anwar said that the Tahaffuz markaz is a brand project of Punjab Police, whose main mission is to help and rehabilitate the citizens who are facing any kind of social problems. IGP directed that victim support officers should provide immediate relief to women, children and transgenders in all kinds of problems. Additional IG Welfare and Finance, Additional IG Punjab, MD Safe City Authority, AIG Admin and SSP Operations Lahore and other officers accompanied IG Punjab Dr Usman Anwar.
