IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is regularly ensuring the welfare measures for the health welfare of police force.
Dr. Usman Anwar issued another more 10 lakh rupees for the health welfare of 07 officials.
Compensation award committee headed by Additional IG Finance Muhammad Riaz Nazir Gada recommended the release of the above mentioned funds.
Under the supervision of Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, priority measures are being taken for the health welfare of police employees and their families. All possible relief is being given to police officials in relation to health welfare from the income earned from police welfare sources and the welfare funds deducted from the salaries of police employees. In the ongoing measures in this regard, Dr. Usman Anwar has released another more 10 lakh rupees for the health welfare of 07 employees.
According to details, Ghazi Constable Zafar Ali of Police Training College Chunng Lahore was given Rs.03 lakh rupees, 02 lakh rupees was released for Head Constable Hayder Ali of Elite Police Training School for treatment.Lahore Police Head Constable Mohsin Irshad and Ghazi Muhammad Ejaz was given 01 lakh rupees each for treatment. Lahore Police Ghazi Constable Syed Yasir Ejaz, injured Constable Saddam Tariq was released Rs.01 lakh per person for treatment. Ghazi Constable Sajjad Hussain of DG Khan Police was given 01 lakh rupees for treatment.
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar ordered to continue the regular measures for the health welfare of the police force, especially the constabulary. IGP Punjab said that any ailing police officer or his family will not be left alone in the fight against the disease. IG Punjab directed the officers to complete the documents related to the health welfare of the police employees from their districts and send them to the central police office so that immediate action can be taken to provide all possible relief to the employees.
