Central Police Office: IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar awarded letters of appreciation to 07 officers of Faisalabad and cash prizes to 21 officers & officials.
IGP awarded the officers & officials who have successfully worked out murders, bank robberies and other serious crimes cases.
A letter of appreciation was given to SSP Investigation Faisalabad Captain retired Muhammad Ajmal for arresting the accused involved in the rape & murder of a 7-year-old girl.
Appreciation certificates and cash rewards were given to the team who arrested the gangs involved in bank robberies and other crimes.
ASP/SDPO Gulberg Circle, Faisalabad Awais Ali Khan was given a certificate of appreciation for solving the incidents of Dacoity with murder, while cash prizes were given to the team.
Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has awarded certificates of appreciation and cash prizes to the officers and officials who have successfully worked out murder, bank robbery and other serious crime cases. A ceremony was held at the Central Police Office in honor of the officers who performed excellent in the line of duty and solved heinous crime cases. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar awarded letters of appreciation to 07 officers of Faisalabad while 21 officers and officials were awarded cash prizes of 20,000 each. According to the details, for arresting the accused involved in the rape and murder of a 7-year-old girl in Dijkot, SSP Investigation Captain Retired Muhammad Ajmal, SP Usman Munir Safi, DSP Atta ur Rehman were awarded certificates of appreciation while 07 officials were given cash rewards and CC-I. SSP Operations, Rizwan Ahmed Khan, SP Lyallpur Irtaza Komail were awarded with letters of appreciation for arrested gang involved in bank robberies and other crimes in Faisalabad, Mianwali and Rawalpindi, while cash rewards were given to the team. ASP/SDPO Gulbarg Circle Awais Ali Khan was given a certificate of appreciation for working out two cases of robbery with murder, while the team was given cash prizes and CC1. DSP Nishatabad Umar Draz was given a certificate of appreciation for bringing to justice three suspects of a dangerous gang involved in serious crimes, including shooting at the police team. Four members of the team, including sub-inspector Muhammad Wasim, were given certificates of appreciation and cash rewards.
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar appreciated the officers and officials for excellent performance. IG Punjab directed to speed up operations against tyrants, dacoits, miscreants, drug dealers and habitual criminals and said that anti-crime operations should be speeded up along with community policing measures. IG Punjab directed that RPOs, DPOs should personally monitor the ongoing crackdown against serious crimes. On this occasion, Additional IG Finance and Welfare Muhammad Riaz Nazir Gara, RPO Faisalabad Dr. Muhammad Abid Khan, CPO Faisalabad Captain Retired Muhammad Ali Zia, AIG Discipline Ahsan Saifullah and AIG Welfare Naveed Ajmal along with Other officers were also present.
