Elite Police Jawans should prove themselves as “TRUE MOHAFIZ” of the people of Punjab after completing their training.
This was stated by Inspector General of Police Punjab, Javed Iqbal, while addressing the under training Jawans of Elite Police Force at Elite Police Training School, Bedian, Lahore today.
The Provincial Police Chief further said that the Elite Jawans are the greatest strength of the police department. He said that the title of the Elite has been given to them by the Government and the society so they have to prove and justify this title by virtue of their character.
Javed Iqbal, advised the instructors to adopt the modern training techniques and use latest technology during the training for the permanent elimination of terrorism from the province.
Earlier, DIG Elite Police Force, Zulfiqar Cheema briefed the IGP about the various stages of the training.
Later, IGP also visited the various section of the training school.
IGP also announced Rs. 2 Lac for the up-gradation of the canteen of E.P.T.S on the occasion.
