Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar met with Constable Shahid Jutt at the Central Police Office. Shahid Jutt is recovering from mental illness, IG Punjab inquired about Shahid Jutt's well-being, treatment and duty, three sons and daughter of Shahid Jutt were also present in the meeting. IG Punjab Shahid talked to the children of Shahid Jutt about education and expressed compassion. Shahid Jutt thanked the IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar for providing the best treatment.
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that the process of psychological profiling in connection with police force health welfare is being completed rapidly. Every possible support is being provided to the personnel suffering from any psychological disorder including stress, bipolar disorder. Dr. Usman Anwar also inquired from Shahid Jutt about the discharge of professional duties and the difficulties of constabulary. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that all possible steps are being taken to provide the best environment and facilities to the police personnel during their duty. On this occasion Constable Shahid Jutt and his children were also given a visit to the Central Police Office, AIG Admin Amara Athar and SSP Admin Lahore Atif Nazir and other officers were present on the spot.
