In view of the terrorist attack on the office of DPO D.I Khan to in which valuable lives were lost and many got injured and Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (tomorrow) Inspector General of Police Punjab, Javed Iqbal, has issued an order to tight security across the province.
According to the order, All RPOs, DPOs and Field Police officers instructed to adopt all possible measures and to take steps for ensuring the fool proof security at all sensitive places, official building, trading points, hotels, mosques, Imam Barghas, procession routs of Chehlum Hazrat Imam Hussain, Police Stations, Police Posts, Police Lines, Police Offices, Police Pickets, Police Buildings/Establishments, Police training institutions and Police personnel.
