Central Police Office: Punjab Police inked an MOU with Private Company (Interloop Limited).
Under the MOU, a Model Day Care Center will be established in Police Lines Qila Gujjar Singh Lahore, IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar.
Apart from Lahore, Interloop will also assist in preparing layout plan for four more Day Care Centers in Punjab, IG Punjab.
Under the direction of IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, the up gradation of police offices and provision of modern facilities in various districts of the province is continuing, in continuation of which a MOU has been signed between the Punjab Police and a private company (Interloop). IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar and senior officials of the private company signed the MOU in a ceremony held at the Central Police Office. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that under the MOU, Model Day Care Center will be built in Police Lines Qila Gujar Singh Lahore; Interloop will also assist in establishing the architectural layout plan for four Day Care Centers in Punjab.
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that the establishment of Model Day Care Center will provide women police employees with the best possible facility to take care of their young children, similarly care of young children of women employees, basic education of play group and other modern facilities will be available at these Day Care Centers.
IG Punjab said that under the MOU, the Interloop limited will provide furniture and various facilities for the use of children in the day care center. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that the Model Day Care Center will be a special facility for the welfare of young children of police employees, with the facility of day care center available, women police officers will be able to perform their professional duties more diligently. Musadaq Zulqarnain from Interloop limited said that Interloop will operate/manage the Day care Center initially for a period of 12 months for which all expenses on the operation during this period will be borne directly by the Interloop. Upon completion of the above said period of one year further operations of the Day Care Center will be the responsibility of Punjab Police. DIG Logistics Athar Ismail, AIG Admin Ammara Athar, SP Headquarters Abdullah Lak and ASP Gulberg Shahrabano and other officers were also present in the ceremony.
