SAHIWAL: The Harappa police arrested two persons for arms smuggling near Harappa Toll Plaza on Monday. Suspects Muhammad Haseeb and Muhammad Mudasir, both residents of Rahim Yar Khan, were transporting a cache of arms and ammunition in a private car. The seized items included nine 30-bore rifles, two triple-two rifles, 44 pistols with 30 MM and 9 MM ranges, 88 magazines, and 9,000 bullets, all hidden in different parts of the vehicle.
