MUZFFARGARH: Shah Jamal police have arrested some people of Manakpur area for holding a Panchayat and punishing a young man for having ‘relations’ with a girl. Head, moustache and eyebrows of the man were shaved, face was blackened and later five people assaulted him sexually. DPO Hasnain Haider ordered police to arrest the accused and register a case. Shah Jamal police registered a case against eight people and arrested three of them.
