Police teams conducted more than 500 intelligence-based and combing operations across the province during 55 days.
In these operations, 42 terrorists, robbers and dacoits who raped women during dacoity met their end.
The police teams arrested more than 50 thousand accused in various crimes across the province.
5473 cases against drugs were registered across the province and 5658 accused were arrested while 2641 kg of drugs were recovered.
More than 85 million stolen property, 1012 motorcycles and 86 cars were recovered in various incidents.

Apart from other facilities, the department will also give an additional allowance of Rs. 10,000 monthly to children of police employees who are suffering from Thalassemia.
IG Punjab gave details about the 55-day performance of Punjab Police under his command in a special message to the force.
Under the direction of Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, police teams are working day and night to eradicate crimes, protect lives and property of citizens and improve public service delivery across the province due to which serious crimes have been reduced and accused have been arrested . In a special message to the police force, the IG Punjab has given details about the 55-day performance of the Punjab Police under his command, saying that the police teams conducted more than 500 intelligence-based and combing operations throughout the province during 55 days, during which 42 terrorists, robbers, theives and dacoits who raped women during dacoity were killed. Dr. Usman Anwar said that in more than 80 incidents of mobbing and firing by anti-social elements, 48 dacoits have been arrested and taken to hospital with injuries. One policeman was martyred and 15 policemen were injured in the incident. IG Punjab said that among the injured is the brave and dutiful son of the martyred police officer who, despite being shot in the chest, brought the dacoits to their end. IG Punjab said that the police teams arrested more than 11,000 dangerous dacoits, criminals, bandits and thieves wanted in other incidents of robbery, dacoity, murder and banditry. Regarding the ongoing operations against drugs, IG Punjab said that during the said period, 5473 cases were registered against drug dealers and 5658 accused were arrested while 2641 kg of drugs were recovered. Stolen property of more than 85 million, 1012 motorcycles and 86 cars were recovered. The police teams arrested more than 50,000 accused in various crimes across the province, against whom further legal action is being taken. While giving Shabash to the police teams for their excellent performance, IG Punjab said that they are certainly doing a good job but do not stop here and work more than before to stop the hand of the oppressor and help the oppressed. IG Punjab clarified that as much as the police teams will work to solve the problems of the citizens and serve them, my office will take care of your welfare more than that. Dr. Usman Anwar said, "I want to give good news that the children of police employees suffering from thalassemia will be given an additional allowance of 10,000 rupees per month in addition to other facilities. The recruitment of children of martyrs has been completed. Likewise, recruitment mechanism of children of police employees who died during duty is going on rapidly. IG Punjab said that I am sure that all Punjab police personnel will spare no effort to protect the country and serve and protect Pakistanis.
