TOBA TEK SINGH: The police recovered a pistol from a class X student of the Government Islamia Secondary School on Friday in a raid on the classroom. Advocate Rana Siddique Ijaz told reporters that his son, also a class X student, told him that a fellow student would bring a pistol to kill him as both had exchanged words over a dispute in previous days.
On the complaint of the lawyer, the city police raided the classroom, recovered the pistol from the bag of Muhammad Mahad, and took him into custody.During the initial investigation, the student said he and another classmate, Usman, of Chak 478-JB, had planned to kill the opponent’s boy.The police took both students into custody and would interrogate them.
