RPO DG Khan Muhammad Saleem visited the flood affected areas in Rajanpur and reviewed the facilities provided in the relief camp in Fazilpur.
In view of the flood situation in Kacha area, river outposts have been ordered to be on high alert.

On the instructions of Inspector General Police Punjab Faisal Shahkar, relief activities of police teams are going on in full swing to help  flood affected citizens in DG Khan and Rajanpur.  Spokesperson Punjab Police said that in the last 24 hours,  police moved 2200 people trapped in the flood water to safe places and at the same time, police also rescued 840 cattle of the affected citizens. Spokesperson Punjab Police said that totally 1225 police personnel are engaged in relief activities in the flood-affected areas, who are engaged in helping the flood-affected citizens by utilizing all means in DG Khan.
According to the details, on the instructions of IG Punjab Faisal Shahkar, RPO DG Khan Muhammad Saleem visited the flood affected areas in Rajanpur and reviewed the facilities provided in the flood relief camp in Fazilpur.  RPO DG Khan Muhammad Saleem ordered the river outposts to be on high alert in view of the flood situation in Kacha area.  He said that all the river outposts of Kutch area have been declared as flood relief camps where special arrangements have been made to protect the life and property of people in flood affected areas.  RPO DG Khan further said that more police personnel have been sent to speed up the relief operations in the affected areas and the police teams in DG Khan and Rajanpur are playing their full role in relief activities  along with the district administration, rescue and other departments.
