13 stolen vehicles seized
Old Anarkali police claimed to have arrested tow members of a criminals’ gang and recovered 10 stolen cars and three vans on Sunday.
The arrested accused have confessed to 19 criminal activities in the area of Old Anarkali, Galib Market, Sattukatla, Naseerabad, North Cantt, Misri Shah, Faisal Town, Gulshan Ravi and Township They were identified as Zafar Mahmood alias Munna, the ringleader and Muhammad Arshad.
Four cell phones and an illicit pistol were also seized Meanwhile, Shahdra Town investigation police have busted two gangs, Moon Akram and Tariq gangs, accused of snatching mobile phones and recovered stolen mobile phones worth Rs 70,000. Two Pistols were also seized.
