A rank pinning ceremony for police officers promoted to the rank of SSP was held at Central Police Office.

IG Punjab Rao Sardar Ali Khan and Additional IG Establishment Ali Amir Malik pinned new designation ranks to promoted officers.

The promoted officers include Syed Khalid Hamdani, Sohaib Ashraf, Atif Nazir, Muhammad Adil Memon, Akhtar Farooq and Faisal Shehzad.

All the officers should play their role of ideal leaders and spare no effort in protecting lives and property of  citizens.  IG Punjab

Inspector General of Police Punjab Rao Sardar Ali Khan has said that the role of supervisory officers is key in improving  performance of police force therefore all officers should take best performance from their subordinates. IG Punjab said that all officers should make community and modern policing their motto and use all available resources to control crime as well as provide services and justice to the citizens.  Rao Sardar Ali Khan said that departmental promotion & increase in rank actually leads to increase in responsibilities of police officer and we should perform the duties associated with the new post with more diligence, dedication and commitment. He expressed these views while addressing a ceremony at Central Police Office today for officers promoted to the ranks of SSP.

Among the promoted officers are Syed Khalid Mahmood Hamdani, Muhammad Sohaib Ashraf, Atif Nazir, Muhammad Adil Memon, Akhtar Farooq and  Faisal Shehzad are included. IG Punjab congratulated all the officers on getting SSP rank promotion. Promoted officers also thanked IG Punjab and vowed to use all our capabilities to address the issues facing the citizens and provide them speedy justice.
