IG Punjab orders DPO Attock to arrest accused involved in the incident as soon as possible
Inspector General of Punjab Police Rao Sardar Ali Khan has taken notice of the incident in which four persons were killed in a firing incident at a festival in Attock and sought a report from RPO Rawalpindi. IG Punjab directed DPO Attock to arrest the accused involved in the incident as soon as possible and said that the accused involved in the incident should be punished as per law.
DPO Attock quoted the incident as saying that a heavy contingent of police reached the spot last night as soon as the report was received and forensic teams have collected evidence from the crime scene. DPO told that teams Have been formed which will soon arrest the accused and bring them to justice. He further said that no effort would be spared for the immediate provision of justice to the bereaved.
