SSP pays surprise visit to police station

LAHORE: SSP Shariq Kamal paid a surprise visit to Shafiqabad’s police station on Friday.
The SSP inspected the record and registers of the police station and talked to the locals present there and inquired about the general attitude of police officials deputed there.
Taking strict notice of the police station’s moharrar working without police uniform, SSP summoned and questioned him on the spot. Also, he issued a displeasure letter to Shafiqabad SHO pertaining to lack of cleanliness.
