Well known singer and social activist Shehzad Rai praises Punjab Police
Appreciated the performance of Punjab Police in arresting the accused of violence against students at Mandi Bahauddin.
In a message released on Twitter, singer Shehzad Rai thanked Punjab Police.
Leading singer and social activist Shehzad Rai has lauded the performance of Punjab Police in arresting accused of torturing students in Mandi Bahauddin. According to details, famous singer Shehzad Rai shared a video of brutal violence against a student in Mandi Bahauddin on social media and demanded arrest of the accused from Punjab Police.
Taking note of the incident, IG Punjab had directed DPO Mandi Bahauddin to immediately arrest the accused, on which Mandi Bahauddin police have taken action and arrested the three accused. Further action is being taken by registering a case against the accused. Apart from Shehzad Rai, eminent journalists and people associated with civil society have also written commendable words on social media praising the performance of Punjab Police in taking legal action against the accused.
