On the notice of Inspector General of Police Punjab Rao Sardar Ali Khan, Okara police took immediate action and arrested the two accused of raping a deaf girl. According to details, IG Punjab took notice of the incident and directed DPO Okara to arrest the accused as soon as possible.
DPO Okara Faisal Gulzar said that the police immediately registered a case on the complaint of the victim's father and arrested the two accused Sajid and Ahad and started investigation. DPO Okara further said that IG Punjab Rao Sardar Ali Khan has been following a zero tolerance policy on incidents of violence and abuse against women and children. He further said that justice would be ensured to the affected girl and her family in all cases.
