CTO awards cash prizes, titles to wardens

LAHORE: Chief Traffic Officer Lahore has awarded cash prizes and the title of 'warden of the month' to two traffic wardens including one woman warden Monday.
According to a handout, CTO declared two wardens named Amjad Ali and Lady Warden Sumera Ilyas as wardens of the m0nth with cash prize of Rs 10,000 to male warden and Rs 5,000 to female warden.
CTO also gave appreciation letters to wardens namely Ijaz, Naveed and lady wardens Ufaq Gillani, Rabia Shahbaz and Asma Rehman.
The CTO said the wardens would be appreciated if they perform their duties well, adding that negligence in duty would not be tolerated.
