Acting on the notices of Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Ahmad Khan Buzdar and Inspector General of Police Punjab Rao Sardar Ali Khan, Faisalabad police took immediate action and arrested the killer of Insaf Youth Wing City Faisalabad officeholder Rana Muhammad Sufyan Khan. According to details, the Punjab Chief Minister and IG Punjab had taken notice of the incident and ordered the arrest of the accused. CPO Faisalabad Ghulam Mubashir Mekan told the details of the incident that the accused Hamza had shot dead Rana Muhammad Sufyan Khan, an officeholder of the Insaf Youth Wing. He said that special teams were formed for immediate arrest of accused and a search operation was carried out which arrested the killer within 24 hours. CPO Faisalabad Ghulam Mubashir Mekan said that the pistol used in incident was also recovered. The investigation of the case will be completed as soon as possible to get the accused punished severally.
