Inspector General of Police Punjab, Mushtaq Ahmad Sukhera has made the DSP Qila Gujjar Singh, Abdullah Jan as OSD (CPO) and suspended the SHO Qila Gujjar Singh, Rafi Ullah on the charges of misconduct and mishandling in the light of first enquiry report submitted to IGP by CCPO Lahore regarding the incident occurred at Qila Gujjar Singh, yesterday.
CCPO Lahore, Amin Wains has already suspended five officials including 02 ASIs, Muhammad Siddique, Muhammad Ansar and 03 constables, Mustafa Ahmad, Ayyub and Siddique Akabar.
Provincial Police Chief directed the CCPO Lahore to submit the detailed report after completing the thorough enquiry into this unfortunate incident. He said that Special People are equally respectable citizens and any kind of inhuman attitude with them by the police will not be tolerated and this attitude is clear violation of police conduct.
