Water purification plant for police
LAHORE: CAPITAL City Police Officer (CCPO) Ahmad Raza Tahir inaugurated a water purification and treatment plant, installed at a cost of Rs 450,000, at the Investigation Police Headquarters on Monday.
The CCPO said that this plant could purify between 8 to 10 litres water per minuet whereas the quality of its water would be in accordance with the international standard of mineral water, providing 100 percent natural mineral water to the user.
Talking to the media on the occasion, the CCPO said that this water purification and treatment plant had been installed keeping in view the welfare and health requirements of police officials of Lahore Police. He said that a better working condition was being provided to police officials in Lahore Police so that they could perform their duties in a safe and healthy environment.
