20 stolen cars seized
THE Anti-Vehicle Lifting Staff, Saddar Division, has arrested two car thieves of Abdul Khaliq alias Chaudhary car lifters gang, including its ringleader and recovered 20 stolen cars worth Rs 11 million from their possession.
The arrested accused have confessed to 35 cases of car lifting during preliminary interrogation. A special team, constituted by the SP CRO, arrested Abdul Khaliq, ringleader of the gang and his accomplice Waris Ali. Capital City Police Officer Muhammad Aslam Tareen has announced cash prizes and commendatory certificates for the police team.
