LAHORE-Lahore Capital City Police Officer Chaudhry Shafique Ahmed on Wednesday inaugurated the newly-constructed Mughalpura traffic sector. Chief Traffic Officer Sohail Chaudhry, SSP Sohail Sukhera, and SP Traffic Rana Shujat were also present on this occasion besides other officers.
Talking to reporters, the Lahore police chief said that the new traffic sectors are part of the ‘Model Traffic Policing’ strategy which would help create pleasant atmosphere for the public and traffic policemen as well. On this occasion, Lahore CTO Sohail Chaudhry briefed the CCPO about the functioning and administrative affairs of the traffic police. Chaudhry Shafique Ahmed further hoped that the traffic police would leave no stone unturned to ensure smooth flow of traffic on the city roads.
