In order to enhance mutual cooperation, combating of terrorism, making out an effective future strategy to deal with the crime, an important interacted meeting was held between the visiting Turkish National Police delegation and Punjab Police at Police Headquarters, Punjab here today.
Inspector General of Police Punjab, Javed Iqbal, Addl. IG welfare & finance Aftab Sulta, Addl. IG Punjab Ch. Tanvir Ahmad, Addl. IG Training Sarmed Saeed, Addl. IG R&D Khuda Bakhsh Awan, Addl. IG Investigation Mohammad Azam Joyia, RPO Faisalabad Aftab Ahmad Cheema and AIG Training Raja Rifat attended the meeting whereas Mr. Ahmet PEK alongwith his delegation were also there. Political assistant to C.M Punjab Col ® Shuja Khan Zada exclusively attended the said meeting.
During the meeting the Turkish delegation expressed their views about their visits of various police institutions and praised the methodical and meticulous working in there. IGP complemented the Turkish guest and hope their visit bring deeper understanding between two brotherly countries.
