POLICE PRAISED
LAHORE: Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Ahmad Raza Tahir has greeted the officers and officials of Lahore police for performing outstanding duty day and night in order to ensure peaceful commemoration of Chelum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) and Data Sahab Urs.
The CCPO appreciated the services of the district peace committee, Ulema and citizens for maintaining a peaceful atmosphere and religious harmony on the occasion of Chelum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) and Data Sahab Urs.
The CCPO also appreciated traffic officers and traffic wardens for maintaining smooth flow of traffic. He thanked the journalist community.
The CCPO directed Lahore police, in the perspective of current situation, maintain highest level of preparedness. Meanwhile, Chief Traffic Officer Syed Mobin also appreciated the performance of traffic wardens and thanked the citizens for their cooperation.
