Expedite the Police response on the public complaints

In order to expedite the Police response on the public complaints and to quickly arrest the criminals, the establishment of latest 15 Complaint Center in Lahore will not only enhance the capacity building of the Lahore Police, but also create a sense of security among the Lahorities and it will also raise their confidence on Police Department.
This was stated by Inspector General of Police Punjab, Mushtaq Ahmad Sukhera while inaugurating the first ever latest complaint center of Pakistan and upgradation of 15 at Police Lines, Qilla Gujjar Singh, today. CCPO Lahore, Capt ® Muhammad Amin Wains, DIG Operations, Lahore, Dr. Haider Ashraf, acting DIG Investigation, Lahore, Muhammad Ayaz Saleem and all Divisional SPs were also present on this occasion.
While briefing the IGP, CCPO and DIG Operations, Lahore told that this complaint center has 25 different features. Among these there will be a universal number 111-906-906 through which the citizens can register their complaints. Moreover, they can send their complaints through sms on 330 and also can send through email at complaint@lahorepolice.gov.pk.
He further told the IGP that through the monitors the location of the nearest patrolling teams could be easily traced out which would enable them to quickly respond on public complaint.
Later, IGP inaugurated a gymnasium, fountain canal and latest free hair saloon at police lines. On this occasion, IGP said that all facilities will be provided to the fighting force to boost up their morale so that they can perform their duties 24/7 with more dedication.
While appreciating the performance of Lahore Police, IGP announced appreciation letters and 100 thousands cash award for them.
While talking to the media on the occasion, Sukhera stated that Punjab Police is playing a pivotal role as a front line Force on war against terrorism. He said this war will continue till the end of last terrorist. He termed the firing incident on a special community in Karachi today as a pathetic incident and expressed his grief over the deaths.
