Killers of ransom boy arrested
LAHORE – New Anarlaki police on Tuesday arrested two kidnappers who murdered a boy, 18, after his family could not pay ransom.
According to the police, they have arrested Kashif and Sharif who during preliminary investigations confessed that they had murdered Muhammad Waqas.
The police have also recovered the dead body, buried near Baddo Pulli in Shahdra Area.
Father of the deceased, Muhammad Mahboob told the police the accused had kidnapped his son on February 11, 2010 and demanded Rs 1.2m as ransom for his safe release. –Staff Reporter
