LAHORE: CAPITAL City Police Officer (CCPO) Ahmad Raza Tahir has distributed an amount of Rs. 10 lakh as cash award and given away commendatory certificates to the officers and officials of police team for outstanding performance. On the direction of CCPO Lahore Ahmad Raza Tahir, the CIA Police Lahore had arrested three culprits involved in stealing medicines from a pharmaceutical factory and recovered medicines worth one Crore 10 Lakh rupees. The arrested culprits were identified as Muhammad Fayaz, Asghar Ali and Shahzad.
The CIA Police also arrested five culprits involved in snatching Rs. 47 lakh 50 thousand from a trader of Fruit Market Mian Ijaz Mushtaq who had also injured his employee Khalid Hussain on resistance and recovered from them an amount of Rs. 47 Lakh.
Complainant Kahsif has announced an amount of Rs 250,000 for the police team whereas the owner of Pacific Pharmaceutical Factory has also announced as 10 lakh cash award for the police team.
