Inspector General of Police Punjab Javed Iqbal presided over the meeting. Add. IG Punjab Ch. Tanveer, CCPO, Lahore, Ahmad Raza Tahir, RPO Sheikhpura Dr. Arif Mushtaq Ch., RPO Sahiwal Khaliq Dad Lak, RPO Bahawalpure Mohammad Abid Qadri, AIG Operations Shahzad Sultan, PSO to IGP Fayyaz Ahmad Dev and DPOs concerned also attended the meeting.
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) command / control of Elite Police Force Punjab were discussed in the meeting. Various suggestions and recommendations were also presented by the participants of the meeting relating to the subject before the IGP.
Earlier, Addl. IG Elite Police Force Qalib-e-Abbas briefed the participants about the existing structure of the Elite Force.
The meeting also discussed the overall law & order situation of the province.
