Punjab Inspector General of Police Rao Sardar Ali Khan has taken notice of the murder of father of Member Provincial Assembly Mian Naveed in Pakpattan and sought a report from RPO Sahiwal. IG Punjab directed the senior officers to reach the spot and said that the accused should be arrested immediately. Rao Sardar Ali Khan directed that the accused should be punished while fulfilling the legal requirements. IG Punjab said that the officers should keep in close touch with the affected families and ensure justice to the bereaved families on priority basis.
